Qualified Life Change
Certain qualifying events allow you to make changes within the year as long as you make the change and provide supporting documentation within the required timeframe–typically 30 days from the date of the event. These events include marriage, divorce, birth/adoption, and a loss or gain of other coverage. To enter a life change, log on to Workday, select Total Rewards Hub and click Change Benefits.
